UW Naturalist Specialty Course Content
The Underwater Naturalist Diver Course has two parts:
- Knowledge Development (you will be given a course manual for you to study, independently prior to your open water dives) to understand key differences between the terrestrial and aquatic worlds. Know about major aquatic life groupings, interactions and information that dispels myths, and how to responsible interactions with aquatic life.
- 2 x Open Water Dives to find, observe and note interactions between different aquatic life groupings, and to discuss what you find.
The course takes place in 1 day.
Courses are scheduled on demand.
