Kristine is our resident freediving instructor, and has been holding frequent courses the last two summers. She teaches AIDA and Apnea Total courses, and is also a PADI Divemaster.
Born in Germany and raised in Norway, Kristine discovered freediving when she moved to New Zealand in 2014 to study. Since then, she has travelled all over the world to learn and grow as a freediver. She has worked as an instructor and safety diver for Freedive Club Greece and Freedive Utila, and has safetied multiple competitions world wide, including the 2019 Caribbean Cup and CMAS World Championship in Roatan. She is also a keen competitor, holding several of the Norwegian national records in depth and pool. Outside of work, you're likely to find her either spearfishing or surfing around the South Coast.
