Digital Underwater Photographer

  • Octopus in Mermaid's Kitchen
  • Underwater Naturalist

Underwater photography is one of the most popular diving specialties, and with so many underwater cameras to choose from, it has become easier and more fun than ever to capture images of your underwater scuba adventures.  This is a great opportunity for anyone who has already been bitten by the photography bug and also those who would like to give it a try. This course gets you going quickly, whether you use a point-and-shoot camera or a sophisticated dSLR like the pros.

Learn the theory and techniques of using a camera underwater, put what you learn into practice, review the results and then see what you can do with some photo software to make your pictures even better.

When you sign up for this course you will receive the PADI Digital U/W Photography manual.

Because underwater photography is also popular with snorkelers, there is an option for avid snorkelers and skin divers to complete the course. Get in touch if this interests you.
